"Charming on Main"
Finding an oil rubbed bronze shower package that beats the price of this is hard to come by. The coloring is exquisite with bronze and hint of glistening gold undertones. It adds such an expensive touch to our new remodel. The quality is noticable in the heavy construction and detailing. Drain cover and overflow cap are not included and we have had a challenge finding them to match. Moen makes a few shades of oil rubbed bronze products.

If your house is over 30 yrs old.......... Sep 20, 2010

This is a gorgeous set of hardware, but beware if your existing plumbing in your home is over 30 years old. The fittings for the faucet are a different size than the pipe in the wall, so now we're looking for the proper reducer. Other than that, this will look lovely, if we ever get it installed.

helpful hints for moentrol valves Jan 02, 2013

I bought this kit with the idea that any moen product would fit another moen product. WRONG! Posi-temp and moentrol don't mix. You can get an adapter that let's plate behind the handle fit the screw holes on the valve here http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002C59VTC/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00 . The posi-temp handles don't fit moentrol valves either and there is no adapter. You can get a Kingsley handle that fits moentrol here http://www.amazon.com/Moen-114344ORB-Kingsley-Moentrol-Handle/dp/B000KQDNC6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1357152304&sr=8-1&keywords=114344ORB . The diverter and shower head aren't a problem. My order is still being shipped so I haven't had a chance to actually try it out but it should work. Considering that I got this kit opened box from warehouse deals for $78, the kingsley handle for $30, and the adapter for $19, that's a heck of a lot cheaper than the kingsley moentrol trim kit for $240! http://www.amazon.com/Moen-T3113ORB-Kingsley-Moentrol-without/dp/B000TF94PI/ref=pd_bxgy_hi_text_y The main difference is the diverter. I love the finish of this high quality product. Assembly was easy enough for 1 person. Just make sure you have the correct rough in valve.

Nice faucet set. No problems internally or on finish after 2 years of use. I purchased 2 sets of this style and also sink faucets to match. Good quality.
