Beautiful Faucet Jan 20, 2011
By M. Calvo THis is a beautiful faucet that I bought for our recent bathroom remodel. I have all Moen faucets and found them to be very good. I checked several web sites and Amazon had the best price. One word of warning however, you may need to buy the rough valves in ordet to install them. Check with your plumber if you need the rough valves, because they are not included and have to be bought separately.

Stays Beautiful Feb 19, 2012
By Jenna Glatzer I remodeled a bathroom about 3 years ago and added two sets of these faucets (double sinks). They look and feel great... so much nicer in the brushed nickle finish than other finishes, because it doesn't show fingerprints or water marks or anything... always looks nice and clean. They were not hard to install and I think they look really elegant. Worth the money.

moen T6420 big failure in design. Moen will not really honor the warranty Sep 26, 2012
By Nick We are the 1st owner of model home, moved in 2009 jun. This model home is installed with only moen products. 3 and half year only, bedroom faucet started failing. Should be under the 5 years warranty at least for all product.
Called moen, they said one of the cartridge in the double handle needed replacement. Moen said they do not warrant the installation (even though this is really part failure which has nothing to do with installation) Moen sent us a free cartridge, on receving the cartridge, realized that we needed a Special tool to remove the cartridge, it is moen 14272. (it is just a fabricated metal cylinder tool for removing the ring holding a removing the cartridge). Paid $10 plus for it with shipment.
I read review by a gentlemen who forewarned that the ring holding the cartridge will disintegrate because of bad design. Waited for a week for the tool to arrive, was very careful with removing the ring and YES, the ring disintegrated and there is no way to replace the cartridge anymore. Just like the gentlemen who had to replace the whole faucet with Delta made product. We are now heading that direction.
Moen has major design failure and lousy parts for T6420. If you want to save yourself any future headache, please avoid this or any of it products needing Moen 14272 to remove the cartridge.
We are now in a house with 100 percent moen products, it will be painful to start replacing all of moen with other brand.
